this week in science we did a sherbet experiment and made our own sherbet.

i n g r e d i e n t s :
*citric acid
*tartaric acid
*raro
*icing sugar
*baking soda

m e t h o d :
*first i put citric acid or tartaric acid.
*second i added icing sugar with a little baking soda.
*then i mixed it all together last step i put the raro in the mix and mixed it all together and then tasted it.

r e s u l t s :
it tasted weird i added to much icing sugar. I also think i added to much baking soda.
