~what is a government?

.a group of people with the authority to govern a country or  state.
.the government decides where our taxes go and who gets most of it
. Our government has a lot of rights. they can make treaties with other countries etc. if we don't like some of the things our government or Prime Minister does we can elect them out of the race. a lot of other countries can't do that so they do it in a way of fighting or just war.
